Refund Policy

At BEACON TECHNOLOGY PROPERTIES Systems Inc., we are committed to providing exceptional software solutions for property management and field-service businesses. Our refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and aligned with industry standards for B2B enterprise software (SaaS).

1. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your BEACON TECHNOLOGY PROPERTIES subscription at any time. Cancellations can be processed through your billing dashboard or by contacting your dedicated account manager. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the platform until the end of your current paid billing cycle.

2. Annual and Multi-Year Agreements

For customers on annual or multi-year contracts, we do not provide refunds or credits for partial months of service, downgrade refunds, or refunds for unused time. These agreements represent a commitment that allows us to allocate dedicated onboarding and infrastructure resources to your account.

3. Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance on a month-to-month basis. If you cancel a monthly subscription before the start of the next billing cycle, you will not be charged for the following month. However, we do not issue prorated refunds for the current month's charges.

4. Service Level Agreement (SLA) Credits

If we fail to meet our guaranteed 99.9% uptime SLA as outlined in your Master Services Agreement, you may be eligible for service credits. Service credits are applied to future invoices and are not issued as cash refunds. Claims for SLA credits must be submitted to our support team within 15 days of the incident.

5. Onboarding and Setup Fees

Professional services, data migration, and customized onboarding fees are strictly non-refundable once the work has commenced. These fees cover the immediate labor and resources deployed by our engineering team to integrate your legacy systems with the BEACON TECHNOLOGY PROPERTIES platform.

6. Exceptions and Disputes

In the event of a documented billing error or unauthorized charge, please contact our billing department immediately. Validated billing errors will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
